Shahi Tukda Bnane ki Recipe

Ingredients:-

  • 5-6 Bread
  • 1 Cup Ghee
  • 1-2 Cup Sugar
  • 2-3 Cup Water
  • 1/2 Ltr. Milk
  • 1/4 Cup Milk Powder
  • 4-5 Leaf Saffron threads
  • 1/2 tsp. Cardamom powder

Process:-

Cut the breads into triangle, then heat desi ghee in a pan at low flame after that Fry bread until its golden. After that make a syrup(Chashni) then add fried bread in sweet syrup leave it to 1 mint or until it soak.

Now add 1/2 Ltr. milk in a pan on medium flame then add 1/4 cup of milk powder mix well add some saffron threads now add 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder and 2 tsp sugar cook until become half.
Now Rubri is ready let it cool for some time.

After it cool take a plate and put the breads into the plate on by one and put Rubri on the breads now garnish it with dry fruits.

CHHATH PUJA SPECIAL THEKUA

Ingredients:-

  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup jaggery powder
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp coconut grated
  • 5/6 crush cardamom crush
  • 1 tbsp fennel

Process:-

  • Mix well all the Ingredients
  • Add:- 1/2 cup milk or as required
  • Mix it and make a dry dough
  • Leave for rest few minutes then take a small portion of dough and make any shape of your choice then fry in low medium oil till it’s golden and crisp
  • Serve it

Banana Kesari Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  • One cup suji
  • Two and a half cups water
  • Three fourth Cup sugar or as per your liking
  • Ghee
  • Elaichi powder optional
  • One ripe robusta banana – mashed
  • Few strands of saffron or kesar

METHOD:

  • Roast suji in some ghee.
  • Add water, saffron, mashed banana and sugar
    Mix everything well. Cover and cook.
  • Add nuts elaichi powder, ghee and mix well.
  • Serve

Nuts: roast them in a little ghee and then add.

Carrot Kesari

INGREDIENTS:

  • Novelty Ghee
  • Carrot mixture
  • Suji
  • Cardamom powder
  • Chopped dry fruits
  • Sugar

METHOD

Step-1- add Novelty ghee to the Pan and add Suji
Step-2- Roast suji until aromatic and add water to it
Step-3- Add sugar and carrot mixture to the suji
Step-4- add cardamom powder and chopped dry fruits
Step-5 – Add more novelty ghee on top for flavour enhancement

Sevai Rabri Katori

INGREDIENTS:

  • Novelty Milk
  • Novelty Ghee
  • Vermicelli
  • Milk powder
  • Condensed milk
  • Bread crumbs
  • Cardamom powder
  • Chopped dry fruits
  • Mango chopped

METHOD

Vermicelli molds

Step-1- add Novelty ghee to the Pan and add vermicelli

Step-2- roast vermicelli until it is cooked. Then add water and let it simmer

Step-3- when water is dried, add condensed milk to vermicelli

Step-4- Take a bowl and add make molds out of vermicelli. Let it set in the fridge

Rabri

Step-1 -Take Novelty Milk and boil it.

Step-2- Add bread crumbs to the boiling milk and add milk powder

Step-3- Add condensed milk, cardamom powder and chopped dry fruits to the rabri.

Tastes great when served chilled

Mango Phirni

Ingredients

  • Basmati rice 1/2 cup
  • Novelty Milk 1/2 litre
  • Mango 2
  • Sugar 2 tsp
  • Saffron strands few
  • Cardamom powder

Method

Step-1- Wash & soak basmati rice
Step-2- After 30 minutes, grind coarsely
Step-3- Heat milk in a thick bottom pan
Step-4-When starts to boil, add ground rice and Keep stirring
Step-5-When rice grains get cooked, add sugar, saffron-soaked Novelty milk & cardamom
powder.
Step-6-Adjust consistency by adding Novelty milk according to your desire then Switch off the
flame.
Step-7- When it comes down to room temperature, add mango puree
Step-8- Garnish with nuts & mango slices.
Tastes great when served chilled

Mango Falooda

Ingredients:

● Mango 2
● Novelty Milk 1 cup
● Mango essence 1 tsp
● Rosé syrup 1 tsp
● Agar 2 inches
● Sabja seeds 1 tsp
● Sprinklers

Method

Step-1- Soak sabja seeds for 20 minutes
Step-2- Prepare mango puree ( no need to add sugar if mangoes are sweet)
Step-3- To prepare jelly, soak agar in water for 10 minutes and Heat a cup of water
Step-4-Add soaked agar, mango essence & little sugar and Keep stirring until the agar dissolves
completely.
Step-5- Allow to rest for 30 minutes or more
Step-6-Later cut this jelly into pieces
Step-7- Again heat water & add Falooda vermicelli Cook until soft
Now assemble Falooda in this order——

  1. Sabja seeds
  2. Mango pieces
  3. Vermicelli
  4. Rosé syrup
  5. Chilled milk
  6. Mango purée
  7. Mango/ vanilla ice cream
  8. Mango pieces, jelly & sprinklers

Vermicelli icecream

Ingredients

● 1 cup Novelty milk
● 1 cup Vermicelli
● 2 tbsp sugar
● 1 cup Milk powder

Method

Step-1- Take vermicelli and roast it on the frying pan
Step-2- Add novelty milk to the vermicelli and let it cook until 15 minutes
Step-3-Mix sugar and milk powder into the dish
Step-4- let it rest until 20 minutes. Switch off the flame
Step-5- After 20 minutes, let it cool down and pour the mixture into the moulds.
Step-6- put it into the refrigerator and enjoy frozen

Mango Yogurt

Ingredients

● 1 cup Novelty curd
● 1 cup fresh cream
● 1/2 cup milkmaid
● 1/4 cup mango puree
● 2 tbsp Novelty milk

Method

step- 1. Whisk together curd, fresh cream, milkmaid, and mango puree in a mixing bowl until
smooth.
step-2. Put the mixture in Fridge and refrigerate until it is set
step-3. After the curd is set, take them out at room temperature
step-4. Pour the Mango puree into individual bowls or glasses
step-5. Garnish with your favourite toppings, chopped pistachios before serving.

Sattu laddu

Ingredients

● 4 Tablespoons Novelty Ghee
● 250 gm Sattu ( roasted gram flour)
● 100 gm sugar powder
● 1 teaspoon cardamom powder

Step-1 Add Sattu, Sugar and cardamom powder into a bowl and mix it well
Step-2 Add Novelty Ghee as required and mix well all together
Step-3 Start making small sizes laddu.
